1. Returns

2. Eligibility For Refund / Exchange

3. Refunds / Exchanges

Once you are eligible for refund/ exchange, we will send you an email to notify you that we have accepted your refund/ exchange request.

  • If your refund is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
  • If your exchange is approved, new product will be delivered within 7 business days.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

6. Exceptions

  • Personalized or customized items are generally not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
